RCHS Volleyball defeat Monticello
ONLINE UPDATE
The Lady Laker volleyball team took out Monticello in freshmen, junior varsity and varsity action on Tuesday.

The freshmen team won their match 25-7, lost the second 9-15 and won the tie-breaker 15-7. The JV ladies 21-6 and 21-17.

Coach Sarah Roy's varsity ladies won 25-8 and 25-13.

This past weekend the Russell County Lady Laker Golf team was the host of the Kentucky Invitational Golf Tournament with over 20 teams and 110 participants competing.

New stoplight at intersection in front of school will go ‘live’ on September 8

RUSSELL SPRINGS - People may soon have to make one more stop than they're used to when traveling U.S. 127 between Russell Springs and Jamestown. New traffic lights were installed late last week at the entrance to the middle and high schools and  French Valley Road at a new intersection created to match the roadways.
